About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and analytical individual to join our team as an Analyst, specializing in responding to third-party risk management requests. This role is central to demonstrating our commitment to security and compliance to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to synthesize complex security information into clear, client-ready responses.


What you’ll do

  • Efficiently administer the end-to-end process of responding to client and prospect due diligence requests and security questionnaires (including online portals and hardcopy formats).

  • Collect, organize, and validate documentary evidence to support answers related to the company's information security, compliance, and technology controls.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to the DDQ response workflow, documentation library, and evidence collection processes to increase response efficiency and quality.

  • Analyze security requirements and translate technical information into accurate, clear, and consistent written responses, ensuring all documentation is current and complete.


What experience you need 

  • High School Diploma.

  • 1+ year of professional experience or equivalent second-year of study in a related area (e.g., Information Technology, Information Security, System Administration, or Technical Support).

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and accountability.

  • English proficiency B2+.


What could set you apart

  • Intermediate to advanced experience using data management tools, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Prior experience working in an Information Security, RiskManagement, Compliance, Audit, or Data Center environment.

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and experience with prompt creation/refinement to enhance documentation, data analysis or efficiency.

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple simultaneous, deadline-driven projects.

  • Any relevant Cyber Security or IT Service Management certification/training (e.g., CompTIA Security+, ITIL, etc.).
