Synopsis of the role 
Sales Operations Automation and Analyst to drive data accuracy and sales excellence. You will manage revenue data, provide critical insights through reporting, and support sales leadership with actionable analytics. This role is perfect for a data-driven professional looking to innovate operations through automation and visual storytelling. 

What you’ll do

  • Data Management: Manage the data of revenue-generating clients, including monthly revenue downloads, auditing for errors, and ensuring sales books are complete and accurate.

  • Automation: Identify and execute the automation of manual, repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency using various technical tools such as Python, SQL, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform).

  • Visualization: Design and create interactive dashboards to represent complex sales data in a visual format, enabling easier interpretation of trends and performance metrics for stakeholders.

  • Reporting: Create both standard and ad hoc sales reports for sales leadership, providing tracking on leads, pipeline, revenue, forecasts, and performance.

  • Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales revenue proactively, providing analysis to management regarding business trends and variances against budget forecasts.

  • Sales Support: Support SLT meetings and coordinate data tracking between sales managers, field sales, and external departments (e.g., new logo tracking, quota tracking).

  • Process Improvement: Develop processes and procedures to support the sales cycle and participate in the development of requirements for sales support systems.


What experience you need

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or a related functional area.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and process automation.

  • Visualization Skills: Proven experience creating interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales forecasts, results, and variances.

  • Location: Mumbai
