What experience you need
- Creation/updating client masters in oracle
- Booking monthly vendor invoices/ Credit notes/Debit notes in oracle including corrections
- Preparation of AP MIS
- Cash application in oracle for payments made by our customers
- Clearing unapplied/unidentified cash
- Coordinate and support in annual audits
- Maintaining repository of vendor contracts
- To ensure that any corrections on invoices as per vendor contracts/PO
What experience you need
- Prior working experience of 2-5 years in AP and cash application
- Prior working experience with systems and tools such as Oracle, Excel is Must
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail.
What could set you apart
- Required Oracle R12 experience in AP at least 1 Year
- Must have Microsoft Excel Experience
