As Team Lead, Disease Specialists, you will guide a team engaging US-based physicians, ensuring they effectively communicate disease insights and therapy benefits while providing coaching and support to drive performance.
What We Are Looking For:
- MD or BS degree in a relevant scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related); background in Neurology is a strong plus
- Experience in Medical Sales, Medical Engagement, or a related healthcare-facing role, with prior people leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong understanding of scientific exchange and relationship-building with healthcare professionals
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluent English and the ability to build credibility and rapport with US-based stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead by example, maintain high working standards, and ensure strong attention to detail and quality
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Disease Specialists to ensure high-quality scientific and product engagement with US-based healthcare professionals
- Set performance expectations, drive productivity, and track KPIs
- Provide guidance on scientific discussions, product positioning, and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including call quality, appointment-setting, and compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for key medical stakeholders and escalate as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable team guidance
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership to improve processes and tools, including AI-enabled solutions

This role is based in our Athens office and operates in a hybrid model. Working hours align with US time zones.
