About this role
This position performs a wide range of housekeeping tasks and projects associated with the cleaning, disinfecting and general upkeep of the physical environment of the assigned facility. Tasks include: sweeping, mopping, dusting, stripping, applying finish, sealing various floor types, spot cleaning and extracting carpet, trash removal and other projects. Responsible for keeping assigned environment dust-free, clean and disinfected. Operation of heavy equipment such as rotary buffers, automatic floor scrubbers, floor burnishers, carpet extractors and other pieces of equipment required.
Knowledge of floor care equipment and general EVS experience preferred. Prior floor care experience preferred.

- The EVS Tech is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping tasks including cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining the physical environment of the facility. This includes operating heavy equipment for floor care and ensuring the environment is dust-free and clean.
