As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will orchestrate the symphony of our supply chain operations, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. From liaising with suppliers to optimizing inventory management, your strategic mindset and organizational skills will play a pivotal role in our success!

Your Mission in This Role

• Coordinate logistics and transportation efforts to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Create and manage inventory tracking systems to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Prepare and present reports highlighting key metrics and progress updates.
• Crafting accurate forecasts and demand plans for raw materials.
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Leveraging our advanced Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to optimize inventory levels.
• Analyzing trends in material usage to adapt and improve our planning strategies.
• Working closely with production teams to synchronize schedules and availability.
• Creating insightful reports to share your findings and successes with the team.
• Responsible for the operational alignment with external logistical service provider on site.

Your contributions will directly influence the satisfaction of our customers and ensure that Envalior remains a leader in high-performance materials!

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills—ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude!
