Il tuo ruolo
Entrerai nel team Marketing e ti occuperai di:
- Sviluppare il visual design e la user experience con particolare attenzione ai principi di usabilità e intuitività per applicazioni web e mobile;
- Tradurre le idee di innovazione/improvements in wireframe basandosi su ricerca, analisi e review dei competitors;
- Curare la creazione di specifiche, relative alla logica di funzionamento e alla user experience;
- Sviluppare e mantiene design system coerenti con le linee guida del brand;
- Collaborare con stakeholder, product owner e team di sviluppo per garantire l’implementazione corretta delle interfacce progettate.
Chi stiamo cercando
- Diplomato e/o Laureato;
- Conoscenza base dello sketching veloce e nel comunicare idee di journey e di interfaccia;
- Capacità comunicativa per rappresentare il proprio lavoro durante presentazioni e/o workshop;
- Spirito di collaborazione, capacità di condivisione delle proprie competenze e apertura alle diverse abilità a completamento delle proprie;
- Conoscenza nell’utilizzo di Figma ;
- Rappresenta titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della metodologia Agile;
- La posizione è full-time.

What you'll do
- The UX/UI Designer will develop visual design and user experience for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and intuitiveness. They will also translate innovative ideas into wireframes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of designed interfaces.
