To support this vision, we have built a global Sports Betting and Trading product that serves our customers in many of our key markets across the globe, and we’re looking to consolidate the UK customers and product experience to this platform via a multi-year migration programme.

We are looking for exceptional self-starting Product Manager playing an individual-contributor role to bridge known product gaps and own end-to-end delivery with a dedicated team of contract engineers, with support and enablement from existing teams.

Our Product Managers are focused on delivering value through detailed requirements and prioritisation, centred around customer outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders and leading their Product team.

The focus areas will be across back-end feed integrations from 3rd party suppliers, integrated through the core Trading platform through to the Betting Platform, which handles bet placement transactions, and ensuring that the data and requirements are met to enable a great Customer experience for valued players on site, either through internal collaboration with Front-end squads, or via a cross-functional squad.

• Lead on Product migration deliverables, ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery.
• Leading on discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
• Ensures a culture of customer closeness across the squad, driving an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
• Leverages agile methodologies. 
• Ensures product metrics are in-place that demonstrate product impact for our customers and our business. 
• Collaborates closely with the wider Programme leaders ensuring our OKRs and roadmaps are aligned to our migration objectives

Essential:

• A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market
• Excellent understanding of the product development lifecycle
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Strong betting industry experience and deep understanding of betting lifecycle. Strong understanding of interaction of a betting engine with other dependent systems (frontend, trading, account platform)
• Strong ability to comprehend dependencies within a complex service and microservice ecosystem.

• Comfortable with adjusting the roadmap in response to short-notice regulatory requirements, with a strong understanding of how regulators operate, and the underlying processes involved.

Desired:

• Experience dealing with suppliers in the Sports Betting and Gaming industry
• Knowledge of Horse Racing and Virtuals and Numbers products in the Sports Betting industry.

This role is a fixed-term contract for an initial 1-year period, with potential opportunities to extend given the nature of this exceptional multi-year platform migration programme.
