Il tuo ruolo
Entrerai nel team Institutional e ti occuperai di:
- Prendere in carico e gestire le richieste tecniche in arrivo dai punti vendita (via telefono e portale jira tramite gestionale di ticketing);
- Fornire attività di help desk nella risoluzione dei problemi Hw / Sw;
- Configurazione apparati di agenzia;
- Svolgere attività di troubleshooting di primo e secondo livello tecnico;
- Gestione iniziale dei problem ed escalation verso i livelli di assistenza successivi;
- Identificazione delle problematiche e delle procedure adeguate a una rapida risoluzione.
Chi stiamo cercando
- Diplomato o Laureato in informatica o affini;
- Gradita precedente esperienza di assistenza tecnica HW e SW;
- Ottima conoscenza dell’ambiente Microsoft;
- Spiccate doti di analisi e problem solving;
- Abilità a trattare con confidenzialità tutte le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto;
- Abilità di lavorare in modo flessibile;
- Ottime capacità interpersonali e “customer oriented”;
- Ottime capacità interpersonali e organizzative;
- Puntualità e ottima gestione dello stress;
- Abilità di lavorare in team;
- La posizione è full time in regime di turnazione inclusi se previsti domeniche e festivi.

What you'll do
- You will manage technical requests from retail points via phone and ticketing portal, providing help desk support for hardware and software issues. Additionally, you will perform troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
