Il tuo ruolo

Entrerai nel team HR e ti occuperai di:

  • Supportare il Responsabile F&O in attività legate al team esecutivo e l’agenda personale dell’AD:
  • Gestire l'agenda e gli appuntamenti dell’Executive o del Management Team: Accoglie gli ospiti e fornisce supporto nelle attività quotidiane in ufficio.
  • Gestisce i board interni ed internazionali supportando l’organizzazione di eventi nazionali ed internazionali, effettua le prenotazioni per transfer, hotel e ristoranti. Prepara documentazione per i meeting.
  • Prenota su richiesta le sale meeting e ne gestisce in modo efficacie ed efficiente l’allestimento ed i servizi richiesti (documentazione ed eventuale catering).
  • Organizza transfer di lavoro (voli treni accomodation) secondo procedure aziendali valutando le migliori alternative disponibili garantendo il massimo confort verificando la validità dei documenti necessari per il viaggio (ad es. visti). Gestisce ed amministra la rendicontazione delle spese di carta di credito direttamente con l’ufficio finance, archiviando documentazione.
  • Svolge tutte le attività amministrative e di ufficio, pur mantenendo la riservatezza, secondo quanto richiesto dal Team Esecutivo. Archivia e organizza i documenti dell’area direzionale legati alla propria funzione gestendo fatture e carte di credito (carte di credito, fuel card)
  • Supporta il tema nella gestione delle auto assegnate all’exc: tagliandi, sinistri, interventi manutentivi ritiri e riconsegne e documentazione a supporto
  • Supporta i dipartimenti nell’organizzazione di eventi del team executive (vedi fiere, board meeting ecc.) nazionali ed internazionali e ne gestisce le attività a supporto (transfer, documentazione, prenotazioni, ecc.)
  • Gestisce tutte le richieste che richiedono supporto, coordinandosi con le risorse dei servizi in outsourcing (bar, pulizie, facchino, manutenzione e reception) assicurando collaborazione e supporto efficiente tra le diverse funzioni.

Chi stiamo cercando

  • Formazione e Competenze preferibilmente in settori come Business Administration, Economia, Lingue, Comunicazione;
  • Conoscenza delle lingue straniere, inglese (livello B2 o superiore);
  • Ottime conoscenze del pacchetto Office (Word,Power Point, Excel);
  • Nozioni di amministrazione e gestione aziendale (preferibile);
  • Flessibilità e adattabilità (per affrontare cambiamenti improvvisi e nuove richieste);
  • Problem solving (capacità di trovare soluzioni rapide ed efficaci agli imprevisti);
  • Proattività nel supportare il team e il manager;
  • Doti organizzative e di precisione;
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo metodico ed efficiente;
  • Residenza\Domicilio Roma – Automunita.
