Your Impact

The Entain Events team creates memorable experiences that connect our customers to the thrill of sport and racing across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Australia, the Events Specialist plays a key role in bringing these experiences to life - supporting the planning, coordination, and seamless delivery of our growing events portfolio. Reporting to the Events & Experience Manager ANZ, you’ll balance behind-the-scenes organisation with on-the-ground execution, ensuring every event reflects Entain’s commitment to excellence and energy.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, approachable, and eager to grow their career in events, with the opportunity to take on broader event management responsibilities as our program continues to expand.
A Day in the Life

This role supports the delivery of premium customer events and hospitality experiences across ANZ, working closely with the Events team, internal stakeholders, and external partners. No two days are the same - one day you may be coordinating logistics and ticketing for upcoming events, the next you’re on-site ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate the planning and delivery of customer events and hospitality from concept to completion across ANZ.
• Manage cloud-based ticketing systems to support event administration and ticket fulfilment.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues, caterers, talent, and contractors to confirm bookings and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and event partners.
• Oversee on-site event operations, acting as a key point of contact to ensure hospitality, branding, and customer experience standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of event logistics, budgets, inventory, and post-event reporting.
• Represent Entain’s brands with professionalism, energy, and confidence at all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across AU and NZ to align and deliver customer functions and events.
• Support post-event reviews and success metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies.
