Your Impact

As a Client Accounts Support Officer, you’ll be the guardian of service quality, accuracy, and regulatory integrity across our client account operations. Working closely with the Client Account Support Officers, BDMs, and ACMs, you’ll ensure every interaction, process, and outcome meets our internal standards and complies with ANZ regulatory requirements.


You’ll review calls, tickets, and operational workflows to identify improvement
opportunities, strengthen consistency, and reduce risk. Your insights will directly support team capability, helping frontline staff deliver clear, compliant, and high-quality client support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, fair, and confident in providing constructive feedback. You’ll contribute to training initiatives, maintain documentation, and act as a trusted advisor on compliance and Responsible Gambling considerations.

A Day in the Life
  • Establish a fully structured and standardised model to ensure stronger consistency control, and adherence to all Compliance requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks on BDM/ACM interactions (calls, emails, chats) to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Monitor and govern our tagline rotation across the Client Accounts team to ensure compliance with our Legal and SG requirements.
  • Review and validate account actions such as ID checks, reactivations, bet disputes, and bonuses to ensure adherence to regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Provide compliance guidance to BDMs, ACMs, and support officers to reduce risk and improve decision quality.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and recommend training or process updates to enhance service consistency.
