RAL: 45.000 / 55.000K
Il tuo ruolo
Entrerai nel team Technology & Program e ti occuperai di:
- Gestire i rapporti operativi con l’Organismo di Verifica (OdV) per tutte le attività connesse alla certificazione della piattaforma di gioco;
- Monitorare in modo continuativo la normativa ADM in materia di compliance tecnica e regolatoria;
- Redigere, aggiornare e diffondere linee guida specifiche in ambito di compliance tecnica e di prodotto, assicurandone l’adozione da parte delle squad interne e dei team del Gruppo Entain;
- Erogare formazione e fornire supporto ai team interni e del gruppo Entain per garantire l’aderenza alle linee guida e agli standard di conformità;
- Coordinare e supervisionare gli audit esterni da parte dell’OdV per la piattaforma Eurobet e la piattaforma Entain;
- Contribuire alla definizione, pianificazione e monitoraggio del budget destinato alle attività di certificazione;
- Gestione del reporting specifico e della documentazione delle attività di competenza.
Chi stiamo cercando
- Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche (preferenziale);
- Esperienza pluriennale nella gestione di processi di certificazione di piattaforma e/o di prodotto in ambiti regolamentati, preferibilmente nel settore dei giochi online;
- Buona conoscenza della normativa ADM e delle procedure connesse alla certificazione tecnica nel settore del gioco legale (preferenziale);
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (livello minimo richiesto: C1);
- Autorevolezza e capacità di gestione delle relazioni con enti esterni e team interfunzionali;
- Spiccate doti di negoziazione e comunicazione efficace;
- Capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e problem solving in contesti complessi e multi-stakeholder;
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e orientamento al risultato.

What you'll do
- The role involves managing operational relationships with the Verification Body for gaming platform certification and continuously monitoring compliance regulations. Additionally, the specialist will provide training and support to internal teams to ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
