Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and integration of cybersecurity solutions such as SIEM, EDR, firewall, IAM, and endpoint security tools

• Support system configuration, installation, and basic troubleshooting activities

• Assist in testing and validating security systems after deployment

• Help prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and configuration records

• Support the team in system upgrades, patches, and version updates

• Assist in log collection, system health checks, and basic monitoring tasks

• Collaborate with engineers to resolve integration and compatibility issues

• Follow cybersecurity best practices, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
   

Requirements / Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Information Technology

  • Computer Science

  • Cybersecurity

  • Network Engineering or related field
     

• Basic understanding of:

  • Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, VPN)

  • Operating systems (Windows, Linux)

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (e.g. malware, SIEM, SOC, incident response) is an added advantage

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Good communication and teamwork skills
