The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing day-to-day support on HR practices and policies that deliver best in class focused HR solutions. They will work closely with the HRBPs and HRDs to support an employee-oriented, high performance culture, emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the ongoing development of a superior workforce. Partners with and serves as a resource to employees, management and Human Resources staff to promote and maintain positive employee and labor relations Support HRD/HRBPs with tasks related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance Generate reports and communicate information to appropriate HRD/HRBP on a timely basis Generate data from reporting in a useful and understandable format Proactively identify, manage and facilitate the equitable resolution of work-related complaints and concerns Maintain the Workday inbox and escalate issues to the appropriate HRD/HRBP Preparation of position statements and evidence on behalf of the organization in claims related to unemployment, discrimination and other employment-related actions filed with federal/state/local agencies Maintain employee records and files Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice Develop a reputation as trusted adviser to your operations partners Partner with the HR Service Center with associate inquiries and escalate issues if necessary Generate consistent presentations for the HRD/HRBP teams Collaborate with various HR functions to understand the current state benefits, compensation, recruiting, and other employment related information to be able to effectively support the organization Present information to associates and leaders as well as newly integrated associates regarding HR items and activities Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas ie Pivot Tables, VlookUps, Experience with Workday HRIS Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience 1 to 3 Years of previous experience in HR #LI-LL1#LI-REMOTE
