As a Customer Service Representative, you will participate in an in-depth 4-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will manage inbound calls from customers while delivering exceptional customer service</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service</li> <li>Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services</li> <li>Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience</li> <li>Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication</li> <li>Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior call center experience is a plus, but we value candidates with a proven background in fast-paced customer service environments.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a proven history of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.</li> <li>Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment by demonstrating exceptional adaptability and multi-tasking skills.</li> <li>Comfortable utilizing new technology and have a proven ability to excel in a remote work environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus.
