Marketing Assistant, Part-time (Feb - Aug 2026) - ESF Explore

ESF Explore is looking for a motivated individual who will assist in creating engaging content for social media, support office administration, and interact with students and educators across various school locations, working 2 days a week (From now to the end of August 2026).

Role Tasks

• Capture images and videos using DSLR cameras
• Edit videos using Premiere/Canva
• Assist with content creation for social media platforms
• Assist with minor office administration tasks
• Office based (From now - June); From July onwards, travel to various school locations for work

Main Accountabilities

• Deliver high-quality visual content.
• Ensure timely creation and posting of content.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in administrative tasks.
• Engage positively with students and educators.

Typical reporting relationship

• Reports to: Assistant Marketing and Communications Manager
• The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Team

Minimum typical education

• Current university students, recent graduates, or equivalent experience.

Minimum typical experience

• No specific experience required, but familiarity with video editing,  social media, and basic photography is preferred.

• Basic photography skills (DSLR camera)

• Organizational skills

• Workshops on video editing and photography
