The Junior Content Producer at ESF Centre is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to kick-start their careers in creative content production. This role primarily involves supporting our designer and senior content producer in the development of engaging video and graphic content that enhances the ESF brand and resonates with our schools. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of video content, including prep filming, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for various platforms.
- Support the senior content producer in brainstorming and developing creative content ideas.
- Ensure all content produced aligns with the ESF brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Help maintain an organized library of digital assets and resources.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma holder or above in Creative/ Design/ Multimedia production or related discipline
- No prior professional experience is required; however, internships, coursework, or personal projects related to video production or graphic design will be advantageous
- A portfolio of relevant work (such as videos, graphics, or design samples) is preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese typing
- Video Editing Skills: Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Graphic Design Skills: Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions for content production.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all content produced is accurate and of high quality.
