About this role
All’interno della divisione ENG DIGITAL per la business line EngPlatforms siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Mulesoft Team Leader.
Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?
- Coordinamento Progettuale: Gestire le risorse tecniche su diversi stream di progetto, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e degli standard qualitativi.
- Supporto Pre-vendita: Collaborare con il responsabile di practice ed il team commerciale per definire architetture high-level, stime di sforzo e presentazioni tecniche per potenziali clienti.
- Gare d’Appalto: Redazione della documentazione tecnica e dei "Solution Design" necessari per la partecipazione a bandi e proposte commerciali.
- Mentoring: Guidare i profili junior e middle nelle scelte di design e nel superamento di ostacoli tecnici complessi.
Qualifiche e competenze richieste:
- Esperienza consolidata sulla piattaforma Anypoint (Design Center, Runtime Manager, Exchange).
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza sul prodotto Mulesoft.
- Capacità di disegnare architetture a microservizi e integrazioni Cloud/Hybrid.
- Ottime doti comunicative per interfacciarsi con gli stakeholder sia tecnici che di business.
- Certificazioni preferenziali: MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect o Platform Architect.
