Buscamos um(a) Analista de Produção Pleno para atuar no suporte, monitoramento e sustentação de ambientes de middleware, com participação em soluções que utilizam Inteligência Artificial. A pessoa será responsável por garantir a estabilidade, disponibilidade e evolução contínua dos sistemas integrados.

Responsabilidades
Monitorar e sustentar ambientes de middleware em produção
Analisar e tratar incidentes, problemas e demandas operacionais
Atuar em integrações entre sistemas, APIs e mensageria
Apoiar deploys, releases e janelas de mudança
Realizar análises de causa raiz (RCA) e propor melhorias
Apoiar integrações e fluxos que utilizam soluções de IA
Trabalhar em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento, dados e infraestrutura

Experiência como Analista de Produção / Sustentação Pleno
Conhecimento sólido em middleware e integração de sistemas
Experiência com monitoramento de aplicações e serviços
Conhecimentos em Inteligência Artificial (integração com APIs de IA, entendimento de modelos, pipelines ou automações inteligentes)
Experiência com APIs REST, autenticação e logs
Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Linux
