In this role, you will be the heartbeat of your local hub, blending operational excellence with a high-performance culture. You will ensure the office is a seamless utility, a strategic asset, and a center for connection that drives performance.</p> <p>You will own the day-to-day experience for our sales teams, partner with local leadership to foster engagement, and lead the execution of in-person moments that bring our distributed team together.</p> <h3><strong>Your Mission</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Office Experience:</strong> Own the workplace experience for the local office, including day-to-day operations, facilities, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure a premium standard.</li> <li><strong>Performance &amp; Culture Partnership:</strong> Act as a strategic partner to the Sales Director to foster a high-performance, high-engagement sales culture through morale-boosting initiatives and celebrating team achievements.</li> <li><strong>Budget &amp; Resource Management:</strong> Own the local facilities and supplies budget with diligent cost approvals, managing inventory for kitchen essentials, weekly lunches, and office resources.</li> <li><strong>In-Person Programs &amp; Events:</strong> Support local offsite and visitor programs; serve as the local expert for venues and activities to create exceptional experiences for visiting remote employees.</li> <li><strong>Onboarding &amp; Lifecycle:</strong> Facilitate the workspace set-up and in-person onboarding for new hires, serving as a primary resource for employees and a warm welcome for interview candidates.</li> <li><strong>Space Planning &amp; Standards:</strong> Monitor office usage patterns to optimize layouts and manage seating arrangements or reservation systems as the team scales.</li> <li><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance:</strong> Coordinate with vendors and building management to ensure the office meets all regulatory and safety standards</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You'll Bring to Engine</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience-led operator:</strong> 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, or office management, with a track record of turning operational strategy into execution.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative and trusted:</strong> You partner effectively with leadership and are known for good judgment, high empathy, and consistent follow-through.</li> <li><strong>Logistics-minded and detail-oriented:</strong> You can manage budgets, vendors, and complex moving parts without losing sight of the employee experience.</li> <li><strong>Program builder</strong>: You enjoy creating repeatable systems and playbooks that help a vibrant workplace run smoothly from scratch.</li> </ul> <p><em>Applications for this role will be accepted through 5/23/26 or until the role is filled.
