Position Summary
Als Teamleader Planning ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en ontwikkelen van het planning- en warehouse team en voor het optimaal organiseren van het supply- en purchasingproces. Je bewaakt de efficiëntie, compliance en kosten van de supply chain en stuurt continu bij om een vlotte goederenstroom en hoge klanttevredenheid te garanderen.
Responsibilities
- Leiding geven aan, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van supply chain planners en warehouse supervisor.
- Organiseren van het gehele supply-proces op korte, middellange en lange termijn, zodanig dat customer excellence wordt nagestreefd op een efficiënte en beheerste manier.
- Organiseren van het purchasing-proces met onze leveranciers en subcontractors, zodanig dat een optimale goederenstroom wordt gerealiseerd tegen een efficiënte totale kost.
- Organiseren van compliance voor wat betreft supply chain processen (HQ, Sox, ISM, ISO, etc.).
- Door een continue analyse van alle logistieke processen stuur je bij op korte termijn en definieer je verbeteractiviteiten op lange termijn.
What we are looking for
- Masteropleiding in een logistieke richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Enkele jaren logistieke ervaring in een productieomgeving.
- U beschikt over goede, constructieve leidinggevende vaardigheden.
- Communicatief vaardig met vlotte beheersing van de Engelse taal
- Je bent stressbestendig en anticipeert snel en accuraat op wijzigende omstandigheden.
