What is the role?
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be part of the IT team taking care of our on-premises infrastructure in our Space Center as well as support our colleagues abroad remotely. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, working on cutting-edge satellite technologies. 

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Efficiently solve first-level IT tickets, addressing issues related to software, hardware, and user access 
  • ​​​​​​Escalating IT tickets to responsible team members 
  • Prepare hardware for new joiners, which includes setting up computers, laptops, and mobile devices 
  • Assist in creating user accounts and ensure all necessary configurations are completed for a smooth onboarding process 
  • Actively participate in the preboarding and onboarding processes 
  • Manage and assign licenses for different teams 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations 

What do we look for?

  • Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Experience with Windows, Apple macOS, Printers and Scanners
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Windows Active directory or Microsoft Entra
  • Fluent English
