As one of our driven leaders you’ll share your passion with those around you and empower your team to deliver memorable experiences for our customers. The SALARY: From $88,000 + superannuation
The ROLE:
- Empower your team through inspiring communication and leadership
- Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive your team to achieve budgets and KPIs
- Build a culture that is centred around understanding your community, utilising customer feedback as a pillar in your decision making
- Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement around team development, business initiatives and customer experience
- Make the best use of the extensive resources and support to help you grow as a leader and build your team through training and development
