About this role

Team: Marketing & Communications
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Works with: Endeavor Reputation & Growth Operating Partner
Location: New York, NY (hybrid)

Endeavor is the leading global network of scale-up founders building innovative businesses elsewhere.

Founded in 1997, Endeavor selects and supports high-impact entrepreneurs building transformative companies in markets often overlooked by traditional venture capital – places where entrepreneurial talent is abundant, but global support is not.

Endeavor supports 3,000+ entrepreneurs across 50+ countries, including the founders of Careem, Rappi, Checkout.com, and ElevenLabs. The support includes access to global markets, smart capital and highly curated connections to peers and innovators throughout pivotal moments.

Endeavor entrepreneurs are known for dreaming bigger, scaling faster, and multiplying their impact – inspiring, mentoring, and investing in the next generation. Through this Multiplier Effect, Endeavor entrepreneurs have been building thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems worldwide.

About the Role:

We're looking for a PR Manager based in NYC to help build the reputation of a mission-driven organization operating at global scale and to help shift how entrepreneurship is covered and understood.

You’ll drive brand reputation across business, tech, and entrepreneurship media – sustaining relationships with external stakeholders, especially media, to secure meaningful media opportunities (feature articles, bylines, podcast and speaking opportunities) in global publications with strong visibility in NYC and San Francisco, while supporting key hubs like London, the UAE, and Singapore.

Executive support is core to the role. Some days, you’ll brief our CEO ahead of a trip to Singapore for local interviews. Other days, you’ll lead coverage around a community gathering in San Francisco or turn our annual top-performers announcement into a story that resonates with U.S. journalists.

You’ll collaborate with our editorial, executive, and global hub teams, working alongside our Reputation & Growth Operating Partner and turning what we see on the ground into stories about entrepreneurs building outside the U.S. and China.

Success means turning Endeavor into the go-to source for global entrepreneurship - measured by quality of coverage and frequency of brand and executive visibility in priority outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Relationships & Reputation Building (40%)

  • Design and execute a global PR strategy with our reputation development agency to prioritize key outlets, podcasts, and events.

  • Lead the PR strategy in NYC and San Francisco while supporting global hubs.

  • Build and maintain direct relationships with key journalists at global outlets (business, tech, entrepreneurship).

  • Respond quickly and accurately to inbound media requests with verified data, subject-matter experts, suggested cases, and context.

  • Organize coffee chats, briefings, and background conversations when the CEO is not available, representing Endeavor and our messages.

Executive & Spokesperson Support (30%)

  • Prepare briefings, talking points, data packs, and story angles for our CEO’s trips.

  • Coordinate closely with the Executive Office and Chief of Staff before key moments: events, global trips, media interviews, and introduction meetings.

  • Prepare the Executive team for media opportunities, positioning them as trusted subject matter experts.

  • Schedule and manage speaking engagements, podcast appearances, and fireside chats for the executive team, partnering closely with our U.S.-based reputation agency.

Orchestrate hub leaders, local teams, and practice leads through influence and partnership without direct management authority.

Pitching Stories, Data, POVs (30%)

  • Pitch stories inspired by our owned digital magazine, Elsewhere by Endeavor.

  • Proactively serve journalists with insightful data points and analysis, founder and Executive voices, and translate internal insights into media-ready narratives.

  • Coordinate internally to source the right people and information.

  • Manage timelines and expectations between our subject matter experts, the external agency, and journalists.

    Who you are:

  • 5–8 years of experience in PR or communications, with at least 3 years as in-house PR at a global company, mission-driven organization, or tech startup.

  • Experience working directly with CEO, senior executives, and preparing them for media and speaking roles.

  • Strong understanding of how journalists think and work in the US.

  • Strategic and creative thinker, able to develop campaigns, solve problems, and adapt quickly as priorities shift.

  • Ability to work comfortably with data, research, and insights, translating internal messages to media.

  • Collaborative by nature, with the ability to influence and build alignment across teams without direct authority.

  • Calm under time-pressing situations, organized, and reliable.

  • Good judgment: you know what’s worth pitching, what’s not, and when to say no.

Position Details:

  • Start date: February 2026

  • Location: NYC

  • Compensation: Annual base salary range of $100k–$110k

  • Schedule: full-time, 40 hours/week

  • Remote work: Up to two days per week and flexible hours

  • Travel: International travel opportunities

  • VISA: Authorization to work in the U.S. required

Benefits

  • Fully covered premiums for health, dental and vision insurance

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Top-tier mentorship and advisory exposure through Endeavor’s global network

  • Opportunity to work closely with 600+ teammates across 50+ markets worldwide

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Annual professional development budget

About Endeavor

About Endeavor

Endeavor AI is a leading Silicon Valley-based startup automating document processing for manufacturing and distribution. We recently raised a $7M seed round led by David Sacks’s (Founder/COO of PayPal) Craft Ventures, alongside Palantir’s founding team and top early stage firms like BoxGroup and Contrary.

What We Do

We work with some of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors in automotive, steel, and construction products to automate their labor.

These enterprises employ 100’s of people whose job is to manually enter data from documents (faxes, invoices, etc.) creating major inefficiencies in supply chain and manufacturing. We go to our clients’ factories and ship automation solutions straight to prod right on the shop floor.

We automate document processing for our customers’ critical business processes: buying (Order-to-Cash or O2C), selling (Procure-to-Pay or P2P), and finance (Accounts Payable).

We're a team of AI experts and engineers from leading institutions like UC
Berkeley, UPenn, and UT Austin.

We're joined by advisors who are former C-level executives from manufacturing
giants such as Bridgestone Tires and Marmon Holdings (a Berkshire Hathaway
company).

Sahitya Senapathy https://www.linkedin.com/in/sahityas/ (Founder and CEO)

Former Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer (led AI for Manufacturing)

Former deep reinforcement learning researcher at Air Force Research Lab

UPenn M&T (Engineering + Wharton)

Josh Ludan https://www.linkedin.com/in/josh-ludan-a87043165/ (Founding
Engineer, Speciality: LLM Engineering)

UPenn Natural Language Processing PhD dropout, LLM interpretability research

*** It is said that Napoleon would ask his generals who was their luckiest
soldier, and promote that “lucky” soldier. Napoleon didn’t believe in luck and
believed luck is often a reflection of skill (mistaken for “luck”) and a track
record of success recognized by peers.
