Endava is looking for an Industry Solutions Director for Healthcare & Life Sciences to design, shape, and take to market differentiated healthcare propositions that deliver real client impact.

The Role

We are looking for an Industry Solutions Director – Healthcare & Life Sciences to help shape and bring to market differentiated healthcare propositions that deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for our clients.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building propositions collaboratively, connecting healthcare insight with technology, and working closely with sales and delivery teams to turn ideas into solutions that clients value and trust.

You will operate at the intersection of industry knowledge, solution design, presales, and delivery, helping teams move conversations from individual challenges to broader business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Take a lead role in shaping solutions for complex, strategic Healthcare & Life Sciences opportunities.
• Act as a trusted technical and solution advisor in senior client conversation
• Design and lead outcome-led Healthcare & Life Sciences propositions aligned to client priorities
• Partner with client, sales, and delivery teams on complex presales and deal shaping
• Guide solution and architectural design to ensure scalable, commercially sound delivery
• Translate complex healthcare challenges into compelling value stories, demos, and proofs of concept
• Improve deal quality and sustainable growth while coaching teams in value-based, outcome-focused selling

What We’re Looking For:

Experience

• Senior experience within healthcare or life sciences (e.g. digital health, healthtech, medtech, payer/provider, life sciences)
• Background in presales, solution consulting, or commercial solution leadership
• Experience shaping and selling complex solutions in large or regulated environments
• Comfortable working with senior and executive stakeholders

Skills

• Strong solution design and architecture capability (cloud, data, AI, integration)
• Commercial awareness balanced with a focus on client outcomes
• Confident communicator who enjoys facilitating workshops and collaborative discussions
• Able to bring structure and clarity to complex or evolving challenges
