We provide non-emergency medical transportation, shuttle services, valet parking, service excellence consulting and coaching, parking/garage management and welcome desk/concierge services.
We are currently recruiting a Parking & Badging Administrator with our self-parking team at DMC-Detroit. This position is for a candidate that is reliable, responsible and enjoys working with the public. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, $19.00 per hour, 7:30AM-4:00PM.
*This position does offer medical/optical/dental and PTO benefits after 60 days of full-time employment.
You will be under general supervision, provide customer service, exercise proper phone etiquettes, exercise independent judgement to maximize efficiency and accuracy of scheduling appointments. Understands that customer services is a key factor of the department.

You will be working inside the University Health Hospital on the DMC-Detroit campus in our badging department processing new hires, students, residents, and employee information. Basic math skills are needed for cash handling purposes. Delegating parking and badging for all staff for DMC-Detroit and DMC-Sinai Grace campuses.
