Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.
- Use LoadRunner to build and maintain performance test scripts and test suites.
- Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, capacity limits, and performance risks.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and architecture teams to support performance tuning and optimization.
- Support performance testing across the SDLC including integration, system, pre-UAT, and production readiness testing.
- Manage and maintain performance testing tools, environments, and test data.
- Provide clear performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to performance testing standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support multiple project teams by providing performance testing expertise and guidance.
