Venue 1 AM Server - Part Time / Weekends

How you will enjoy your day:  To greet and seat guests in the dining room.  Answer the telephone and take reservations in a professional and courteous manner.  Occasionally back up In-Room Dining by taking orders.

Work Performed:

1. Must be available to work weekends as apart of regular schedule.
2. Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work.
3. Uniform must be neat and pressed.
4. Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform job.
5. Make floor plans.
6. Complete all opening and closing side work duties.
7. Seat guests in the dining rooms.
8. Make reservations for guests in proficient and professional manner.
9. Know basic items on all menus and wine lists.
10. Keep workstation clean at all times.
11. Read all memos.
12. Answer telephones properly.
13. Operate ResPak in proficient manner.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers.
15. Report to Restaurant Manager before ending work shift.
16. Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the Resort at all times.
17. Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
18. Take orders for In-Room Dining in a complete and timely fashion as necessary.
19. Know resort layout.
20. Work efficiently and as a team.
21. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.  Must work well with or without direct supervision. Must be neat and well groomed at all times. Needs to be flexible, self motivated, positive and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-worker and management. Must maintain current food handler’s certification.  Prior host/hostess experience desired. English skills necessary to communicate with guests. Computer skills helpful.  Superior phone skills, and have a service orientated, pleasant phone personality.
