Job Summary

The Human Resource Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in attracting top talent and helping to shape the future of our organization. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers as well as coaching hiring managers in recruitment and hiring best practices.


 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Regular and Reliable Attendance is an essential function of this role. 
  • Manages the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers.
  • Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Facilitates achievement of staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; coordinating international talent and assisting with intern programs.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements in accordance with organization plans and objectives; collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS); Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings
  • Builds candidate sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements; conducts thorough reference checks and background screenings on potential hires.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and facilitating communication between candidate and hiring manager. 
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • Supports the HR Team in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews.
  • Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of labor laws and ethical hiring practices
