The Tides features 70 luxurious accommodations, tennis and pickleball courts, wellness treatments, a working farm, Markers Space (for artistic activities), its own marina and two distinct restaurants, Salt & Meadow Restaurant and Fish Hawk Oyster Bar. Job Summary |
The Food & Beverage Manager embodies the Tides Inn’s spirit of refined hospitality—creating a welcoming environment where guests feel known, cared for, and inspired by the flavors of the region. This leader guides the daily operations of our two dining outlets—each offering thoughtful, locally sourced menus across 21 weekly meal periods. This is a hands-on, floor-forward role for a hospitality professional who leads with kindness, sets the tone for elevated service, and brings a deep respect for the craft of food and beverage.
