Vos tâches
- Vous réceptionnez les appels téléphoniques et répondez aux demandes clients et fournisseurs
- Vous accueillez les clients
- Vous traitez tous les types de demandes de branchements ainsi que les demandes de données de consommations, les demandes d’informations et les réclamations et en assurez le suivi
- Vous mettez à jour les données clients et techniques dans nos bases de données
- Vous traitez les compteurs actifs sans contrat de la part d’un fournisseur
- Vous gérez et traitez les demandes écrites des clients et en assurez le suivi
- Vous faites le lien entre les clients et les autres services de l’entreprise
Votre profil
- Détenteur d’un diplôme BAC ou équivalent
- Bonne capacité d’écoute, facilité d’élocution, sens développé de la qualité et du service au client ainsi qu’un esprit commercial vous caractérisent
- Doté d’un esprit d’équipe prononcé, vous êtes rigoureux et précis dans l’exécution de vos tâches
- Maîtrise orale et écrite des langues luxembourgeoise, française, allemande et anglaise
