The primary objective is to provide an efficient and effective administration support service to the Plant Manager and their team that work regionally. This role will also be the super user of the internal Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

What you will be doing:

We require an experienced and organised Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator to manage the operations and maintenance of water interceptors, radiation detectors, and weighbridges at our UK Depot . This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused and able to coordinate maintenance and ensure compliance with UK environmental, health, and safety regulations and EMR standards. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external contractors to ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and safely.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Water Interceptors:
    • Schedule routine inspections and maintenance of water interceptors to ensure compliance to EMR maintenance plans.
    • Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repairs.
    • Liaise with environmental department to maintain compliance with UK water management regulations and EMR environmental standards.
    • Identify potential upgrades or improvements to the water interception system and raise with the Depot Manager and Environmental Team.
  • Radiation Detectors:
    • Coordinate the calibration, testing, and servicing of radiation detectors in line with EMR maintenance plans.
    • Coordinating the repairs of identified defects.
    • Maintain accurate service and calibration records, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Weighbridges:
    • Coordinate regular calibration and testing of weighbridges in line with EMR maintenance plans.
    • Organise/Schedule third party engineer attendance for any operational or technical issues with weighbridge equipment.
    • Maintain accurate service and calibration records, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain/Manage CMMS system for technical documentation, maintenance logs, service agreements, and calibration certificates.
    • Liaise with external contractors and service providers to schedule and monitor maintenance work.
