About the Opportunity

As a Lube Technician at EMR, you’ll play a key role our daily operations at our Maple Grove yard. In this role, you’ll assist with processing of cars by draining fluids, breaking down various components and preparing them for the next step of the recycling process.

What You’ll Do

  • Dismantle end-of-life vehicles, remove components, drain fluids and prepare cars for processing
  • Operate equipment for transferring material within the facility
  • Assist customers with unloading
  • Perform general facility cleanup
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
  • Mechanically inclined, organized and detailed oriented
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Ability to lift and handle 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or education in vehicle maintenance
