  • Ensure compliance with financial services regulations related to privacy, data retention, auditability, and access controls, partnering with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to support controls, reviews, and approvals

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders and teams consuming data products, driving adoption through documentation, enablement activities, and ongoing stakeholder communication

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on data, analytics, or platform products

  • Experience working in financial services (banking, lending, insurance, wealth management, or fintech)

  • Strong working knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines

  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools, including dashboards and metrics layers

  • Solid understanding of data governance concepts, including metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and access controls

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable data product requirements

  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments

  • Familiarity with Snowflake on cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

What will set you apart:

  • Awareness of regulatory and control frameworks relevant to data management (SOX, GDPR, GLBA, model risk management)
