ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop a strong competency of Systems and Processes
- Work Collaboratively with Canada Field offices and head office departments to deliver Canada Life renewals to the market.
- Act as a liaison between our Canada filed office and head Office departments to investigate missing information.
- Provide ither reporting support as needed to enhance client experience, contributing to an efficient and energized team.
- Provide back up support to other position of the team as required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-4 years’ experience in global benefits
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail with an analytical approach
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce and Adobe; aptitude for learning new technologies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and expectations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective communicator in the English language with a particular emphasis on written communication.
- Respond promptly to requests, tact, courteous, and patient in all communications internally and externally

- The Analyst Group Benefits will manage processes to assist in delivering Canada Life renewals and act as a liaison between Canadian field offices and clients. This role involves investigating and gathering information to enhance client experience and support team efficiency.
