As we scale, we're looking for creative, resourceful, and driven staff to help us share our story, strengthen our brand, and engage our growing network of patients and team members.<em><br> <br> </em>We’re a high-producing, well-established dental practice looking for a Super GP — a skilled General Dentist who thrives in a team-driven environment and can confidently perform a wide range of advanced procedures including endodontics, implants, and oral surgery.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school</li> <li>Valid dental license and DEA certification</li> <li>CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications</li> <li>Strong clinical skills in endo, implants, oral surgery, and cosmetic procedures</li> <li>Compassionate, friendly, and patient-focused approach to care</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented practice</li> <li>Excellent bedside manner, communication, and case presentation skills</li> <li>Solid understanding of current dental standards, technology, and treatment planning</li> </ul><div> <strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a compassionate, patient-centered manner</li> <li>Provide thorough dental examinations and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and other oral health concerns</li> <li>Diagnose and treat dental issues, including root canals, extractions, restorations, and cosmetic procedures</li> <li>Perform treatments including onlays/inlays, crowns, bridges, and implants</li> <li>Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and dental appliances (Invisalign, night guards, retainers)</li> <li>Collaborate with specialists as needed for complex cases</li> <li>Supervise and support dental team members</li> <li>Maintain accurate and detailed patient records</li> <li>Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols (OSHA, HIPAA, infection control)</li> <li>Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient experience and outcomes</li> </ul><div>*The absence of specific duties in this description does not exclude them from the role if they are similar, related, or logically associated with the position.
