As we scale, we're looking for creative, resourceful, and driven staff to help us share our story, strengthen our brand, and engage our growing network of patients and team members.<br> <br> <strong>Position Summary:</strong><br> The Dental Lab Manager oversees the daily operations of a dental laboratory, ensuring high-quality fabrication of dental prosthetics, efficient workflow management, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance. This role combines technical dental lab expertise with leadership, scheduling, quality control, and customer service responsibilities.<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong> </div><ul> <li>3–5+ years of dental lab experience, including supervisory or management roles.</li> <li>Strong understanding of dental anatomy, prosthetics, CAD/CAM systems, and materials.</li> <li>Proficiency with digital dentistry tools (3D scanners, milling units, CAD software).</li> <li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.</li> <li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li> <li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.</li> <li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Technology or related field (preferred).</li> <li>CDT (Certified Dental Technician) certification strongly preferred.</li> <li>Armenian or Russian speaking Highly Preferable </li> </ul><div><strong>Responsibilities<br> <br>Laboratory Operations & Quality Control</strong></div><ul> <li>Oversee daily production of crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, orthodontic appliances, and other dental restorations.</li> <li>Plan and monitor workflow to meet production deadlines and optimize laboratory efficiency.</li> <li>Ensure all products meet clinical specifications, industry standards, and aesthetic requirements.</li> <li>Conduct final inspections and troubleshoot quality issues.</li> <li>Maintain calibration and performance of lab equipment; arrange repairs and maintenance as needed.</li> <li>Manage inventory of materials, tools, and supplies.</li> <li>Track case production, performance metrics, and turnaround times.</li> <li>Support billing activities and coordinate with office administration.</li> </ul><div><strong>Team Leadership & Development</strong></div><ul> <li>Supervise, train, and mentor dental lab technicians and support staff.</li> <li> Ensure the team stays on top of assigned cases and meets all deadlines in a timely and organized manner. </li> </ul><div><strong>Client Communication & Compliance</strong></div><ul> <li>Serve as the primary contact for dentists, dental offices, and clinical teams.</li> <li>Review case prescriptions, discuss design considerations, and resolve concerns.</li> <li>Offer technical support regarding materials, design options, and lab capabilities.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.</li> <li>Oversee infection control protocols and waste management procedures.</li> </ul> </div>
