Primary Purpose
The Human Resources Services Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and administrative services across the LATAM region. This role ensures accurate management of employee records, HR documentation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor regulations. The HR Services Specialist collaborates closely with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, support positive employee experience, and ensure seamless HR operations across multiple countries.

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and compliant management of HR documentation, including employment contracts, addenda, renewals, extensions, and official employee letters, maintaining proper filing and record control.
- Maintain up-to-date employee data in HRIS and internal systems, ensuring accuracy of payroll records, role changes, location, manager, schedule, and key dates such as contract expirations and work permits.
- Support payroll processes by reviewing monthly incidences such as absences, leaves, vacations, and salary adjustments, preparing authorization letters for deductions or severance, updating professional services contracts, and communicating basic payroll information to employees.
- Facilitate employee offboarding processes, including receipt of resignation or termination notices, coordination with Payroll and Legal teams, offboarding in internal systems, and preparation of exit documentation, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Provide support for employee benefits processes, respond to inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollment, coverage, or processes, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze internal HR reports and country-specific local reports, providing data to support HRBPs, Payroll, management, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Legal, HSE, and other stakeholders on compliance matters, special reporting requirements, and operational support.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance, support, and clear communication to ensure a seamless HR experience across the LATAM region.
- Demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Contribute to HR initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects as assigned, supporting the overall effectiveness and continuous improvement of HR operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR services, administration, or HR operations, ideally within a multi-country or LATAM environment.
- Experience managing employee documentation, contracts, and HRIS systems.
- Experience supporting payroll processes, employee benefits, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements in LATAM countries is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain HR data and generate accurate reports for management and regulatory purposes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across cultures and levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English (B2); proficiency in Spanish.
