Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
- Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
- Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
- Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
- Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
- Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Staying active on the job - think of it as your gym replacement! You will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
Your Schedule:
- Set shifts that include evenings and weekends
- Great hours for students and part-timers
- Want extra hours or variety in your day? You will get priority for extra shifts if you are open to cross-training as a swim instructor!

Pay Range
USD $16.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.Pay and Perks
What You'll Earn:
- The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications.
- Entry-level team members start at the beginning of the pay range, with regular opportunities for pay increases as they grow.
