Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to negotiate and procure supplies, material and equipment necessary for the operations of the facilities and offices. Assure that all locations are completely stocked with medical and other supplies.

Essential Job Functions

  • Procure supplies, equipment and services for all locations
  • Research vendors, negotiate prices, obtain quotes and bids and make awards
  • Monitor inventory level of materials and assure continued services for all locations
  • Maintain the ERP or IOS system with costs, price changes, reorder quantities and delivery dates

Other Job Functions

  • Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Willingness and ability to work off hours
  • Travel to all facility locations as required

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience, required
  • 1+ year experience in a purchasing or buying role in a medical environment, preferred
  • Proficiency in Math and basic Accounting, required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), required
  • Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
