About this role

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Projects Administration.
  • Work with operational, receiving, project management and Engineering staff to ensure that customer specifications and requirements are included and understood.
  • Coordinate special external processes (OSP) required for projects.  
  • Coordinate third party inspections ensuring that all required specifications are met.
  • Meet all related project management objectives.                                     
  • Coordinate the necessary documentation for client projects (certificates and inspection visits).

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Bilingual 90%
  • 2 years  of related experience (project management in the quality area). with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience on Quality processes (ISO, PED, ATEX,CSA,UL,API)
  • Experience in Oracle management, FF 2.0 and computer systems such as Microsoft Office computer packages.
  • Knowledge in manufacturing, materials and management of resources.       
  • Drawing interpretation and knowledge of materials certification.                                                                
  • Knowledge in quality processes such as ISO, PED, ATEX, CSA, UL, API.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart.

  • PM BOK Training (Desirable)
  • Experience in Power BI (Desirable).
  • Excellent conflict management and ability to work under pressure.  
  • Focused on results. 
  • Leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability and documentation to travel to USA.
