About this role

Reporting to the AR Manager, you will assist in the management of Accounts Receivables, will learn all Collections and Cash Allocation processes and procedures, as well as the ERP systems used in Europe.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Participate in all training classes

  • Strong collaboration with Collections team

  • Understand the Cash Allocation process and procedures

  • Learn to use the ERP systems – Oracle, SAP, Syteline 

  • Understands escalation process to higher management for exceptional situations where help is required

  • Understands the communication process with other departments and different business units on different queries

  • Any other tasks required by the Team

Who You Are:

You research initiatives and try new approaches. You convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives. You prepare content for communication that is impactful.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance domain) 

  • Excellent comprehension of English (written and spoken)

  • Proven understanding or Interest in Finance or Accounts Receivables (Collections/Cash Allocation). 

  • PC experience (Microsoft Office)

  • Good communication skills

  • Good problem-solving skills 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

  • Quick learner

  • Knowledge and understanding of other European languages represent a distinct advantage.
