About this role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Contribute to the development of specific hardware modules for digital boards and instrumentation systems.
  • Analog, digital and mixed-signal schematic design, implementation in specific CAD tools (Altium, Mentor Expedition), PCB layout design
  • Perform research as required to complete your projects.
  • Work and interact with a wide variety of geographically distributed R&D staff.
  • Diagnose and debug technical challenges with your project.
  • Test your design using hardware prototypes.
  • Interact with software developers to test your project

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Passion for learning and working with test and measurement industry technologies
  • Strong work ethics and motivation to succeed
  • English Language Competency/effective communication skills: 
  • Can clearly and concisely communicate in English so that persons you work with can understand you clearly, particularly in technical conversations.

 
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Ongoing studies in electronics engineering
  • Strong understanding of fundamental electronic circuits – semiconductor devices, operational amplifiers, comparators, etc.
  • Signal integrity basics
  • Specific CAD tools used in the design phase – LTSpice, PSpice, Tina-TI
