<p><strong>What you will do </strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Act as the dedicated point of contact for customers, handling questions, issues, and escalations with urgency and professionalism. Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions.</li>
<li>Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Emergent’s platform, providing best practice advice and guidance on Emergent’s products and services.</li>
<li>Work with AI Platform Engineering Specialists to offer white-glove service: Ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement.</li>
<li>Drive enablement: Encourage customer enablement of key features and timelines while consulting with them on best practices to seamlessly build on Emergent.</li>
<li>Become a product expert: Be the go-to resource for both customers and coworkers on Emergent’s products by your 30th day. </li>
<li>Project Manage: Collaborate with various teams internally and externally to execute project engagements and help customers optimize their use of Emergent’s platform.</li>

<p><strong>What you bring to the table</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>3+ years of SaaS experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company, ideally in customer success, solutions consulting, account management</li>
<li>Passion for helping customers succeed in vibe coding and building their dream apps</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to shifting demands</li>
<li>Master project/task manager - never drop the ball.</li>
<li>Ability to explain complex scenarios in simple, clear written or verbal communications.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems</li>
<li>An eagerness to work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with technical account managers, product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of resolving customer issues quickly and professionally.</li>
<li>Flexibility to adjust to evolving responsibilities in a fast-growing, dynamic team environment.</li>
<li>A passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience and helping both customers and internal teams succeed.</li>
