What we're looking for?
We are seeking a highly intelligent, systems-oriented individual to build our GTM engine from the ground up. You should be a hacker at heart, comfortable building automated workflows with tools like Clay, n8n, or custom scripts, and have a deep curiosity about politics and government. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can conduct deep political research, build outreach systems, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to test their own creations.
What you'll do:
- Map out government power structures to identify key decision-makers, budget holders, and influencers in the workforce development and reentry space.
- Take ownership of building and automating our outreach infrastructure using tools like Clay, APIs, and webhooks to generate high-quality, personalized outreach at scale.
- Work closely with the co-founders to research legislation, track policy shifts, and identify signals of opportunity before our competitors.
- Build repeatable GTM plays and systems that solve entire categories of problems, not just one-off tasks.
- Lead the entire GTM research and outreach process, from initial signal detection to running the outreach yourself to iterate and improve the system.
- Analyze and iterate on GTM motions to continuously improve our ability to secure high-stakes government contracts.
