About this role
What we're looking for?
We are seeking a Founding Product Engineer who blends strong product design taste with full-stack (frontend-leaning) engineering skills, ideally with experience with consumer-facing (B2C) products. You should be comfortable prototyping quickly in Figma, shipping code using React, and have a track record of owning features from idea to launch. We're looking for someone who is mission-driven, entrepreneurial, and curious enough to leverage AI to enhance their workflow and productivity.
What you'll do:
Design and prototype rapidly in Figma to create interfaces and experiences that help students stay engaged and committed to their training.
Take ownership of products and features end-to-end, from ideation based on user conversations to shipping production-ready code.
Work closely with users (our students) through calls, usability sessions, and direct observation to understand their needs and challenges.
Build and ship features using React, measuring their impact on key metrics like student completion rates.
Collaborate closely with the Founding Product Engineer and co-founder, reviewing code and working together to build a cohesive product.
Document your work clearly to ensure alignment across the team as features are rolled out.
