
What we're looking for?
We need an entrepreneurial Account Executive with experience in enterprise sales or government affairs, who has a proven track record of closing multi-year, 7-figure contracts. You should be a strategic, independent leader comfortable building a sales function from scratch, from prospecting and outreach to proposal writing and closing deals with state and federal agencies. Bonus points if you have experience with lobbying, workforce development, or have worked in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do:
Win transformative public-sector deals by identifying opportunities, forging relationships with decision-makers, and closing state and federal contracts.
Take ownership of an entire region, creating and implementing sales initiatives from the ground up.
Work closely with the founders to build and operate our sales engine, including setting up CRM sequences and developing a repeatable sales playbook.
Draft and deliver compelling proposals, sales collateral, and presentations tailored to government clients.
Lead outreach efforts to government officials, community-based organizations, and workforce boards to find champions and build a network of support.
Identify and analyze workforce trends to inform our product and training strategy, ensuring our programs meet the needs of government partners.
