We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to help ensure customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and shipped on time. This is an essential role that supports daily warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

Picker and Packer Responsibilities

• Select, pick, and package products accurately based on customer orders

• Use handheld devices, scanners, and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders

• Inspect items for damage or defects prior to shipment

• Review order forms to verify scan numbers, quantities, sizes, and product specifications

• Handle, move, and position materials to meet inventory and order fulfillment needs

• Operate automated, computerized, or robotic picking and packing systems as required

• Label products and containers with proper identification and pricing information

• Compare incoming shipments to invoices to verify accuracy

• Maintain proper inventory rotation and organization of products

• Stock shelves and racks with new or transferred merchandise

• Dispose of or return damaged, defective, or obsolete inventory following company procedures

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, dollies, and forklifts (if certified)

• Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents promptly

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area at all times

• Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Answer basic questions related to shipments or deliveries when needed

• Track orders and file documentation using order fulfillment software

• Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Licensing

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

• Prior warehouse, retail, or customer service experience is a plus

• Forklift certification preferred but not required
