We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who understands modern, AI-driven search and knows how to build sustainable organic growth across today’s search engines.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth;
- Conduct search intent–focused keyword research;
- Optimize on-page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, structured content, and topical clusters;
- Perform technical SEO audits, improving crawlability, indexing, site performance, and Core Web Vitals;
- Optimize for AI-powered search experiences;
- Execute off-page SEO initiatives, including high-quality link building and digital PR;
- Use AI tools and automation to scale research, optimization, and reporting;
- Monitor performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and translate insights into actions;
- Track algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly;
- Prepare clear, actionable SEO reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with measurable organic growth results;
- Strong understanding of modern SEO principles;
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools;
- Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO tools and automation;
- Solid knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals;
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills;
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently;
- Advanced English proficiency.
